The Harrisburg Regional Police Athletic League has several programs and activities during the year and some programs are held on a weekly basis throughout the school year. Other programs such as summer, fall, winter, and spring programs and activities will have a defined period of open participation to our members and are only offered during certain times each year. TRU – Tobacco Resistance Unit
This program has one of the largest representations and group members in the Harrisburg Area. It is directed and facilitated by Mr. Eric Rophermel, who continues to do great work with these young people. This group takes part in legislative conversation regarding increasing the age to purchase tobacco products from 18-21. This group promotes tobacco resistance education as vendors at different events, with the last one being the annual Farm Show.
